Trade Knowledge
MCC provides valuable knowledge across multiple trades. By maintaining services in house, MCC is able to provide a high quality product, for a great price, at a faster pace. MCC current trade partners include the following services: Drafting Services (Floor Plans, 3d Elevations, Permit Plans), Licensed Electrical Services, Cabinetry Design / Distributor (average 2 week turnaround), Roofing Services, and Skilled Labor
Technology
MCC harnesses the power of technology, in order to fully integrate technology into scheduling, project execution, procurement, and billing. By integrating the proper technology, MCC is able to communicate with all departments efficiently and effectively. This allows a greater focus to be placed on the residents and the communities wellness. Additionally MCC, has experience with various resident portals such as Touchtown and Status Solutions.
Senior Living & Healthcare
At Millers’ Coastline Construction, we pride ourselves on our exceptional senior living and healthcare construction service. We understand the unique challenges and requirements of creating safe, comfortable, and functional spaces for our residents as they transition into their new homes and communities.
MCC also understands the importance of completing these transitions in an efficient and timely manner. By offering numerous services in house, as well as our fully integrated approach to renovation, MCC is able to rapidly adjust to fluctuations in demand, while still maintaining a high level of service. New resident homes can be ready in as little as 45 days, with our standard turnaround time at 60 days.
