These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to text (SMS/MMS) messages sent by Splash Construction LLC, doing business as Millers’ Coastline Construction.
Program description
When you opt in, Millers’ Coastline Construction may send you text messages related to your inquiry or project—such as responses to your questions, estimate and appointment information, follow-ups, service updates, and, where you have agreed, promotional offers.
How to opt in
You opt in by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts—for example, by submitting a form on our website or a Facebook lead form where SMS consent is requested, or by texting us first. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
How to opt out
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will stop receiving texts from that program. To rejoin, opt in again as described above.

Carriers
Carriers (wireless providers) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change, and message delivery is subject to carrier availability.
Privacy
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.
