Completion Date: June, 2026

The new anchor for healthcare in the up-and-coming Wellen Park area, Exalt Health boasts 40 bedrooms, a gymnasium, a full-service industrial kitchen, a rehabilitation area, spanning over 40,000 sq ft.

Jensen Beach Senior Living

Jensen Beach, Florida

A much smaller project than the Barclay project, yet still just as valuable. This was one of our first entries into the medical space and enabled us to grow our knowledge base within the niche.

Barclay Senior Living

Venice, Florida

One of our favorite projects to date, the Barclay is part of the larger Jacaranda Trace Senior Living Complex in Venice, Florida. Having completed 100+ unit flips within the complex, including the majority of the plumbing and electrical work, we are proud to say that Miller’s Coastline had a major impact on changing the image and feel of the community.

Light and bright yoga shack remodel in the up-and-coming Waterside shopping center. It was such an honor to pour into one of our main community spotlights at the Waterside shops!

This bank needed some tender love & care to get to the next level remodel. We were ready and willing to help them achieve their goals, completely transforming their space and setting the stage for the business to achieve higher heights.

This unit needed a turnover to attract the type of customer it was marketing towards. Being a high-end clothes and apparel shop, customers expect premium interior design. Thankfully, our team had the solutions to their issue and helped them completely revamp their space.

This little hole-in-the-wall ice cream shop near downtown Sarasota wanted an exterior and interior refresh that we were able to provide. Now, the shop is thriving with 4.9 stars on Google. Happy to partner with small business owners!
